| Geoffrey is a slim, wiry, hyperactive young man in his late teens or early twenties who is constantly fidgeting and twitching around, distracted by every new thing around him. As Kamikaze he wears a homemade costume of sorts...basically sports shorts and shoes, a t shirt (usually bright), and an eye mask made from a piece of cloth with eye holes cut out of it and tied behind his head. |

From a young age, Geoffrey was uncontrollably hyperactive and unable to focus. Diagnosed with severe ADD, he was placed on massive doses of Ritalin, which sedated him into a manageable, drone-like state that his harried parents preferred. His powers activated in high school when he missed his bus. He decided to run after it, and as he pushed himself, something 'let go' inside him. He suddenly accelerated to superhuman speeds, easily catching the moving vehicle. |

This event amplified his natural energy, allowing him to bypass his medication and making his hyperactivity worse than ever. Exasperated, his mother simply increased his dosage until he was fully sedated again, effectively neutralizing his powers. However, once he became a legal adult Geoffrey went off his meds, determined to use his powers to finally gain acceptance. He craves a chance to prove himself, but his intense, machine-gun stream-of-consciousness is too much for most people to tolerate. This constant rejection left him isolated and desperate for approval from any source. |

This vulnerability was exploited by Ing, a mysterious and highly skilled gadgeteer. As the undisputed leader of the Violators, Ing offered Geoffrey the validation he craved. In return, Kamikaze now lends his chaotic speed to the group's operations. This band of super-saboteurs and industrial espionage specialists has plagued industries across North America and the EU. Despite encounters with heroes, they remain successfully at large—with Geoffrey finally feeling like he has a place to belong. |

Kamikaze is a mutant with a subconscious ability to manipulate kinetic energy, making him a 'super-runner' who generates a kinetic wave that knocks things away from him as he moves. This power also grants him high resistance to impact damage, and while his reflexes aren't as refined as top-tier speedsters, he is extremely nimble and quick. Additionally, as a side effect of his advanced ADD, Geoffrey is exceptionally alert and his mind's constant chaotic state makes him naturally resistant to many mental powers. |

Kamikaze's primary motivation is a desperate, lifelong need for acceptance and approval. Ostracized his entire life due to his severe hyperactivity—a condition his own family chose to suppress with heavy medication—he now sees his powers as his one chance to finally prove his worth. This overwhelming desire for validation made him the perfect recruit for Ing and the Violators, who offered him the praise and sense of belonging he craved. He is loyal to them not out of malice, but because they are the first people to ever make him feel valued. |
