Villains

A collection of solo villains, able to be used as one off, collected together into an ad hoc group, or used to augment some other group.

Archvillains

A collection of unrelated archvillains, each of which has their own organization or entourage of minions, lieutenants, and webs of influence.

Enforcers Inc

Enforcers Incorporated is a small company with a semi-stable roster of super mercenary contractors. The company itself is technically legitimate, with a sideline of 'personal security' services which is above board. The real business is strictly off books -- connecting people that have money and questionable jobs with morally flexible super powered individuals.

Exigent Existence

Exigent Existence is a loose collection of mutants in the orbit of the militant mutant supervillain Exigent. Most of the members are lesser mutants, represented as minions or lieutenants. However, there are a handful of powerful mutants who have made repeat appearances.

Incantrix & Wulfen

An ageless enchantress and a bewitched werewolf.

TAKE

TAKE is a small group of super powered thieves, con artists, and saboteurs. The core of the group is four specialists, but when the job requires it they bring on other niche fillers as necessary. Over the last several years they have carried out a series of daring heists, industrial espoionage, sabotage jobs, and schemes. They generally avoid unnecessary violence, but will cut loose if necessary to succeed or escape.

Violators

This band of super-saboteurs and industrial espionage specialists has been plaguing big industry across North America and the European Union for the last couple of years and have a very successful track record. They have had encounters with a number of superhero teams as well as conventional security forces, and though they have occasionally been stymied, they have largely been successful and remain at large.

Warfront

Warfront International is a premier private military company (PMC) with a small but elite combined arms military with around 100 trigger pullers, about 3 times as many logistics and support specialists, and approximately 50 pilots, tank crew, drone operators, and so forth. Multiple tanks, a tiny air wing, and a motor pool of support vehicles. They even have an LHA style amphibious assault ship and a few smaller vessels. They are primarily engaged in developing or conflict-ridden nations, but also take contracts to protect oil rigs, do force escorts through international waters, and similar high value contracts.

The PMC forces are primarily conventional, though with technologically advanced equipment. However the inner circle of the organization is a handful of power armored and extremely competent specialists, and the group leader's 30-foot battlemech.
