| Legend is a tall, handsome, and athletically muscular man who appears to be in his prime. He dresses casually when 'off duty', a pair of blue jeans and a matching denim jacket being the most common look. His features are extremely regular, his hair blondish brown, and his eyes are a disturbingly bright sapphire color. |
| As a hero, Legend wears unusually detailed white and blue costumes with red and gold accents. When he uses his abilities he seems to be surrounded by a shimmering energy field that ranges from barely visible to blinding depending upon how much he is exerting himself, and his eyes glow with radiant mystical energy. |

| Biography |
Blessed at birth with a wellspring of magical potential, Jack Westlake is a well known mystic and valiant hero. Unknown to most, he was found at birth by an extremely ancient and powerful mystical Master who has hidden their existence from the world for time out of time. Per the Master, Jack was the long prophesied and awaited Beacon in the Darkness, destined to protect the world and finally save all reality from an eldritch horror beyond imagination. |
Jack's childhood was not easy, and his apprenticeship under The Master was often very trying. But it taught Jack much of mythos and magic...things mortal men are not meant to know. He also was raised to put the protection of others and service to his destiny foremost. Living by an unbreakable heroic code, he does not lie, steal, break his freely given word, or turn his back on those in need. Jack is a true blue hero, through and through and will simply remain silent when pressed on matters about which he does not wish to speak. |
When Jack's training was finished, the Master sent him into the world to find his way. Though he does not maintain a secret identity, as a hero Jack eventually came to be known as the Legend. He travelled from place to place, wherever a dangerous mystical threat he was destined to oppose loomed. One such threat led him to become involved in the Enchante affair, where he met up first with Rook and Alliage then later many of the other MillMen. |
After the successful conclusion of that harrowing event the Legend became a mentor to Alliage, teaching her mystical fundamentals, and helping to develop her abilities. Though the Legend never officially joined the MillMen, he was a frequent collaborator or contact when mystical matters were afoot. |
| Capabilities and Motivations |
Incredible innate magic burns in the Legend's body, sustaining and empowering him. Legend can hypothetically do just about anything he thinks to try, especially when under pressure. He is particularly good at teleportation and dimensional magics. |
