| Ezil is a tall, handsome, and athletically muscular man who appears to be in his prime. He's very sure of himself, to the point of arrogance. Everything has come pretty easily to him, he's good looking, smart, powerful, and doesn't really know what it's like to earn things. However he genuienly has a good heart and does want to help people; he takes the protection of the innocent very much to heart. |

| Biography |

Ezil's origins trace back 10,000 years to his father, Kehua, an immortal and powerful Scion from Egypt. In the present day, Kehua works as a Dream Therapist in San Diego to study humanity's subconscious connection to other dimensions. He was visited by a woman suffering from nightmares so intense they inflicted physical wounds on her body. Kehua entered her dreams and discovered a demon was responsible, attempting to use her as a gateway to the real world. Together, they banished the demon, and their shared victory led to a one-night affair that resulted in Ezil's conception. |

Ezil's mother decided to raise him on her own, never telling Kehua about the pregnancy or telling Ezil who his father was. From a young age, Ezil knew he was different, possessing superhuman strength, speed, and intelligence far beyond his peers. By college, he was strong enough to juggle cars but took great pains to hide his powers from everyone, including his mother. He occasionally used his abilities in secret to foil crimes but otherwise avoided drawing attention to himself. |

His life of secrecy ended when the criminal organization SNAKE, accompanied by their formidable agent Boa, attacked his college to steal a new polymer. Ezil and a lab partner were cornered in the ensuing chaos. When Boa contemptuously knocked the girl unconscious, Ezil, fearing she was dead, lost control of his rage. He unleashed his powers, defeating Boa with a single punch and wiping out the rest of the SNAKE agents. While his identity was protected from the public, his actions exposed his abilities to SNAKE and Boa, creating a dangerous new enmity. |

His combat style is straightforward and lacks tactics, as his youth and overwhelming power have led to easy victories. Through his time with the Champions of the West, Apex has not only improved his flight mastery but also unexpectedly discovered the ability to project powerful graviton beams from his eyes, indicating that he is still growing into his powerful heritage and will likely unlock more abilities over time. |
