Blessed at birth with a wellspring of magical energy, The Legend is a well known
mystic and valiant healer from Boston. Recently he moved to Millennium City, perhaps
feeling the tug of a mystical threat which he is destined to oppose, where he met
up with Rook and Alliage and later several other Mill-men.

Legend quickly became involved with the Mill-men's investigation of a string of
mystically-oriented killings, which eventually lead the team into the clutches of
Chantal and a journey into the Hegemony alternate dimension. Throughout the many
travails that followed, Legend proved to be a stalwart addition to the team, and
his might may very well have been a key ingredient in the teams eventual triumph
over the evil witches' agenda.

Legend is an impressive and powerful superhuman with a mystic orientation. Essentially
Legend is a wellspring of magical energy, which he can channel to do various, mostly
physical, things. In addition to making himself better, he can even lend some of
his power to others. Legend is all-around solid, but is particularly good vs. other
mystics of a more traditional bent.
