Rayge is a mutant with the ability to generate large excesses of bioelectrical energy when angered. The angrier he gets, the more energy he has available to power a variety of tricks. His most noticeable ability is the projection of blasts of pure bioelectrical energy; he can also project blasts of energy downward, allowing him to fly; and finally he can generate a force field of energy that deflects and diffuses attacks.
