A staple of many Fantasy settings, dwarves are short but sturdy folk typically possessed
of great durability and stamina.

In most settings despite their short stature dwarves are tougher and hardier than
Dwarfs, and often have colorful and or gruff mannerisms. In most settings dwarves
live either deep underground or in highland hill villages or caverns.

Dwarves are often depicted as having strong racial enmities with some other races,
most often Orcs and Elves, but this is not true in all settings.
