Master of the Stregari arts of Conjuring,
Cursing, and Binding, the Wormtongue is able to speak great Magics into
existance. Able to summon all sorts of creatures, create Undead and Golems,
and lay curses upon those who cross them, Wormtongues are seldom well liked,
but sometimes it is better to be feared than to be loved. |
Wormtongues may not be appropriate for all
GM's settings, but they are fun to play because they are darker in tone and
can be flavorful additions to a party of adventurers. |

The Stregari Magic System is
detailed
here. |
This Package Deal is for Stregaran using
the Spontaneous Model |
Stregarans practice an old form of Magic that is much
feared in many areas of the world. Their Magic sometimes deals in dark
forces and concentrates on subtle and insidious effects. They can be quite
dangerous and often can accomplish things via threats alone for few wish to
anger them or incite their wrath. In some areas their Magic is branded foul
or "evil" and they are persecuted. |
Stregarans are usually tight-nit and often form into groups
called couvena (coo'VEN-nah). Couvena's are semi-democratic, with decisions being made by
majority vote. Oddly, members of couvena tend to be cliqueish and don't have
a lot of trust for members of other couvena, and typically a Stregaran will
have to prove themselves to be accepted by a new couvena. Stregarans usually
learn their Magic from an older relative or the members of their parents
couvena. |
NOTE: As indicated in the Stregari Magic System document, Stregarans
do not have access to Spellcraft. |
