in the Stregari art of Bewitching, also known as Fascizi, which contains
Spells that encompass all Spells dealing with the manipulation of others as
well as universal concepts such as Luck or Time, direct crossing of
Dimensional boundaries, or the powerful reality warping Wish Magics,
alongside the most rudimentary building blocks of Stregari. |

Stregarans practice an old form of Magic that is much
feared in many areas of the world. Their Magic sometimes deals in dark
forces and concentrates on subtle and insidious effects. They can be quite
dangerous and often can accomplish things via threats alone for few wish to
anger them or incite their wrath. In some areas their Magic is branded foul
or "evil" and they are persecuted. |

Stregarans are usually tight-nit and often form into groups
called couvena (coo'VEN-nah). Couvena's are semi-democratic, with decisions being made by
majority vote. Oddly, members of couvena tend to be cliqueish and don't have
a lot of trust for members of other couvena, and typically a Stregaran will
have to prove themselves to be accepted by a new couvena. Stregarans usually
learn their Magic from an older relative or the members of their parents
couvena. |
