additions of Disadvantages, backgrounds, and equipment. They can also serve merely
as starting points to be tweaked / modified from as desired. They can serve
as examples / benchmarks for what starting level characters might look like. They
can also be used as-is for quick / stock NPC's. They are 100% optional.
