Memory Comb (Fabled)

This delicate silver hair comb is decorated with fine filagree and a large emerald. It is fit for a highborn lady or perhaps the child of one.

Mindshield. The bearer of this comb can only be communicated with telepathically if they choose to allow it.

Attuned Abilities

Rememberancer. As a Magic action you can use the comb to record up to 10 minutes of everything that occurs within a 30-foot Cube of itself. Later, as a Magic action you can activate the comb to play the events it recorded back in a manner identical to Programmed Illusion. The scene can be played back again after a 10 minute pause any number of times, until you replace the scene by recording a different one or until someone turns the playback off by interacting with the comb and saying 'Stop'.

Whispered Thought. You know the Message cantrip.

The following abilities are unlocked for a character via a quest or boon, and only when that character is attuned and of the indicated character level or higher.

You have Resistance to Psychic damage.

You know the Modify Memory spell and always have it prepared. Additionally, you can cast it without a spell slot once per Long Rest.

You know the Dream spell and always have it prepared. Additionally, you can cast it on yourself without a spell slot once per Long Rest. When you cast Dream on yourself and you maintain the trance long enough to complete a Long Rest, you gain the benefits of a Long Rest when the spell ends.

You are Immune to Psychic damage.
