Appearance: Partially balding and in his late 30's. He is a medium complexioned African-American. George is usually wearing a pair of coveralls when at the base. When out on the town he dresses neatly.
Personality: George like to tinker with stuff. The Omega Team allows him to tinker with stuff he never be able to get his hands on otherwise. It doesn't hurt that he is paid very well for a handyman/mechanic and has free access to all the base's facilities.

Background: George Bell is a former Army motor pool mechanic. He served 6 years in the Army before he became tired of working on the same old stuff all the time and resigned as a Sergeant. He started his own Handyman business and was fortunate enough to get some work doing jobs for Dr. Thomas James.
Hippocrates recognized his talent and began to use his service in the customization of some of his "special gear." Dr. James came to trust him and, when the Omega Team formed, Hippocrates approached George with the offer of becoming the team's support person. George was fasinated with the equipment and "toys" that he'd get a chance to work with. He throughly enjoys his job and its steady paycheck. He has come to respect the Omega Team. He wants no part of what they do on the streets of Hudson City, but he is happy to keep their secret.
Powers/Tactics: If there is trouble at the base George is smart enough to try and keep his head down. He knows how to use a pistol and regularly practices in the base's gun range. He will only use force to defend himself or his friends.
Campaign Use: An all-around fix-it man. George is equally at home rewiring the base radio or replacing a bent axle on the Omega Truck. If its got moving parts or runs on electricity George can generally fix it.
