| A Thurnik Hurgur and gentleman adventurer, Taared had decades of experience. Befriended by Saemund in Kark, Taared proved to be of great assistance introducing the band to the ways of the Nordmanner lands. | |
| His vast strength and powerful sword also came in very handy on various side adventures in and around Kark before the heroes pressed on in their ongoing quest against the Cult of Tzoruul. | |
| Taared initially accompanied the group from Kark, but the bloody mindedness and total lack of respect for authority displayed by the Machtig members of the band, as well as the revelation that the other Nordmanner ally in the group, Vadim, was a crook in addition to his mystical endeavors lead Taared to have strong second thoughts about the group. | |
| When matters continued to spiral into depths he was unwilling to go, he simply withdrew from the group and departed to return home to Kark. | |
| Later on the group also returned to Kark in pursuit of a powerful Tzoruulite. Saemund managed to prevail upon Taared to aid the group in the final stages of the conflict with the cultists, which he did grudgingly. After the group was done with this milestone, Taared once again departed their company. | |
