STATUS: ON HIATUS: Gravitic's player did
not make the transition to the online format. |
 |
|
In real life a TV and B movie actor in Superhero shows, Gravitic is secretly
dedicated to the pursuit of true crime fighting, whatever the cost to
himself! |
|
He is a really bad cheesy actor, and he assumes his hero persona like a
role, with a very Silver-Age retro-kitsch. "That's right, heroes! I intend
to stop the villain with my Gravitic Grounding Ray!". |
|
Gravitic isn't too bright and has gotten through life on his good looks and
family background. |
|
What he doesn't know is that he is the younger half-brother
of.....GRAVITAR!!!!!!, who is also his surprise Hunter. They have the same
father, a globetrotting playboy in his day. |
|
"I look forward to all the crime fighting and
villain smiting we are sure to do!" |
|
A gravity manipulator, Gravitic has a lot of movement effecting powers and
BODY damage oriented attacks. He has decent but unreliable defenses vs.
physical, but has trouble with energy attacks. He also has several forms of
airborne movement himself, including an anti-grav leap, an air-walking
ability, and a anti-grav glide. |
|
In combat Gravitic plays out as somewhere between a blaster and a
controller, and is a powerful complement to the groups' capabilities. He
also has a habit of switching between more esoteric powers rather than
sticking to the basics, making him a surprising combatant. Just when you
think you've got his measure, he throws out something you haven't seen
before to make you wonder. |
|
NOTE: Gravitic insists that his powers stem from an ability to manipulate
Graviolis (pronounced like Ravioli with a g in the front), despite any
efforts to convince him otherwise. |
