Antonio is a handsome, European looking man who appears to be in his mid to late twenties and dresses fashionably.
BACKGROUND
Antonio is one of the last descendants of a once powerful family of Black Wizards, and the most powerful remaining spellcaster of the survivors. He is determined to restore his family to power by any means necessary. His most recent scheme involves the use of a powerful artifact that had been in his family's possession for centuries but was believed lost in a fire. However, the artifact survived. Antonio recently recovered the item, which has vast necromantic power to raise the dead, and seeks to use it to resurrect long-dead members of his own family line in the hopes that their lost knowledge and power can be put to use restoring the family to power in the modern era.
PERSONALITY
Despite his youthful and guileless appearance Antonio is over 90 years old and has a blackened soul capable of much evil in the pursuit of the power he craves. He longs for a return to how things were in his youth before the deathgrip supernaturals had on the world was shattered in the WW2 era, when his family's mystical might was a privilege and an asset rather than a death warrrant. He'll do virtually anything if it promises to restore his family to power. However, he does not take unnecessary risks and he does not engage in pointless conflict. He is only interested in situations that contribute or relate to his personal quest.

TACTICS AND COMBAT NOTES
Antonio is a powerful Black Wizard. His family has developed their own blend of Hermetic, Daemonic, and Necromantic magics over the centuries, which Antonio has learned well. In particular, Antonio has developed his ability to cast Rotes to a rare level of mastery allowing him to recall Rotes rapidly (change VPP allocations). A handful of example spells are provided in the character's write up, but they barely scratch the surface of what he is a capable of.
CAMPAIGN USE
Antonio is the main antagonist of the Tears of Tierrasola vignette. If he survives contact with the player characters, he might go on to become a recurring villain.
