Description
The Psion uses their mastery of spatial manipulation to move between two points in a blur, without actually stepping between dimensions. To an observer, they appear to be moving blindingly fast, but they are actually folding space. The Psion must have some possible path they could physically fit thru to arrive at their destination, but gravity has no effect on the Psion in transit so normally impassable terrain is no obstacle so long as there is an endpoint for the Psion to arrive at safely.
